Shipping Information

Customers in the European Union (EU)

  • Free shipping is offered to all customers within the European Union.

  • Customers from other countries must contact service.eu@sylvoxtv.com to confirm shipping costs.


Overseas Warehouse (Germany)

  • Delivery times vary depending on the address and product size.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after confirmation.

  • For products larger than 55 inches, shipping options include DHL Express, DPD Express, Amazon Logistics, or DHL truck for large items. Smaller accessories may be shipped via standard parcel courier.

  • Orders with multiple accessories may be shipped separately; please allow 1–2 extra days for delivery.

  • No courier or truck deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

  • During holidays or major shopping events, shipping may experience delays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.


Delivery Times to the EU

Countries and cities near Germany:

  • Products smaller than 55 inches: 2–5 business days

  • Products 55 inches or larger: 3–10 business days

Countries further from Germany:

  • Products smaller than 55 inches: 5–8 business days

  • Products 55 inches or larger: 7–12 business days

  • Express shipping is available upon request.


Shipping to Other Countries

  • Stock available in USA, EU regions, Australia, Canada, Japan, UK, etc.

  • We will provide suitable shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and local free shipping options where available.


Pricing

  • All prices on the official website include VAT.

  • No additional taxes are added at checkout in accordance with local tax regulations.

  • Free shipping applies to the EU region.


Package Tracking

  • Standard logistics providers are used for all shipments.

  • You will receive one or more tracking numbers in your order confirmation email.

  • Track your package directly on the carrier’s website using the provided links.
