Tips

① Make sure the TV is turned on.
② Make sure the remote control is equipped with batteries.
③ Brightness of sunlight may affect the infrared function of the remote control. We recommend covering the sun with your hands when using the remote control in strong light.
④ If the remote control does not respond:
a. To eliminate the distance aspect: place the remote control close to the TV, point it at the TV's sensor, the display should change from red to green.
b. To check if your remote control is working normally: Turn on the camera on your cell phone, point the end of the remote control with the IR emitter at the cell phone camera screen. Press and hold one of the buttons on the remote control. When the remote control sends a signal, when you press the buttons on the remote control, a light should flash on the phone screen, which means the remote control is working normally.
⑤ If both remote controls work, but the TV cannot be turned on and no picture is displayed, please contact us.

① WiFi signals work best in the 2.4 GHz frequency range.

② A distance of 16 feet (5 meters) or shorter is recommended for the WiFi signal from the Internet router to the TV.

③ If the WiFi is not detected, turn on the mobile hotspot near the TV. If the TV can find the mobile hotspot, we recommend: a. Install a WiFi signal booster. b. Install the router outdoors.

① When connecting for the first time, the TV's Bluetooth frequency works best with Bluetooth speakers at a distance of less than 3 feet (1 meter).

② If you can't scan: Please reset and try scanning again.

③ Sound and picture are not synchronized: There is a normal delay of tens of milliseconds in Bluetooth transmission of sound, and the compatibility problem between the TV and the speaker may increase this delay. Please try switching to a wired connection (OPTICAL, ARC) to have a better experience.

④ If the Bluetooth connection cannot be established, please contact us.

① Make sure the HDMI cable is normal and not damaged. If the cable is damaged, please replace the HDMI cable.

② If other functions display well but only HDMI has no picture: Use your remote control to switch to another input on the TV and then switch back to HDMI to see if the signal is recognized correctly. If this fails, connect your device to another HDMI input and repeat the steps above.
