Had an issue which customer service quickly resolved. TV is awesome even in the sun.

Great TV

I have had this TV for 4 months now. Use it on our deck with a rolling stand.
Great for summer evenings and soaking in the hot tub while watching sports.
Very well-built unit and bright. At night the colors really pop.
The sound is not bad, but I do plan on adding a sound bar.
I also purchased the Amazon 4-year extended warranty for peace of mind in the future.
I have not needed any customer support but did hear back from them promptly when I registered their 1-year warranty.

Well built outdoor TV.

I received my Slvox tv, and it was pretty easy to set up. For some reason, it stopped working (No internet, etc.) a short time after receiving my tv. I contacted customer service and they tried to diagnose the problem. When they found out, it was possibly a defect, they quickly shipped me another tv to replace my defected tv. My new TV is working just fine.

I think the main component missing from my tv is YouTube TV. They don't have a wide range of selections or apps to choose from, such as YouTube or Google.

Otherwise, it's a good TV and they have good customer service.

I would recommend this TV.

I originally had issues with my purchase, however the company reached out to me and went out of their way to fix the issue. They sent me a newer version that really made a huge difference. The quality of the TV as well as the parts that go with it are much better than my original purchase
