Tips
① Make sure the TV is turned on.
② Make sure that the remote control is equipped with batteries.
③ Brightness of sunlight can affect the infrared function of the remote control. We recommend covering the sun with your hands when using the remote control in strong light.
④ If the remote control does not respond:
a. To exclude the distance aspect: Place the remote control close to the TV, point it at the TV's sensor, the display should change from red to green.
b. To check if your remote control is working normally: Turn on the camera on your mobile phone, point the end of the remote control with the IR emitter at the phone camera screen. Press and hold one of the buttons on the remote control. If the remote control sends a signal, a light should blink on the phone screen when pressing the buttons on the remote control, indicating that the remote control is working normally.
⑤ If both remote controls work but the TV cannot be turned on and no picture is displayed, please contact us.
① WLAN signals work best in the frequency range of 2.4 GHz.
② A distance of 16 feet (5 meters) or less is recommended for the Wi-Fi signal from the internet router to the television.
③ If the Wi-Fi is not detected, turn on the mobile hotspot near the TV. If the TV can find the mobile hotspot, we recommend: a. Install a Wi-Fi signal booster. b. Install the router outdoors.
① When connecting for the first time, the Bluetooth frequency of the TV works best with Bluetooth speakers at a distance of less than 3 feet (1 meter).
② If you cannot scan: Please reset and try scanning again.
③ Audio and video are not synchronized: When transmitting audio via Bluetooth, there is a normal delay of several tens of milliseconds, and compatibility issues between the TV and the speaker can increase this delay. Please try switching to a wired connection (OPTICAL, ARC) for a better experience.
④ If the Bluetooth connection cannot be established, please contact us.
① Make sure that the HDMI cable is normal and not damaged. If the cable is damaged, please replace the HDMI cable.
② If other functions are displayed well but only HDMI has no picture: Use your remote control to switch to another input on the TV and then switch back to HDMI to see if the signal is recognized correctly. If this does not work, connect your device to a different HDMI input and repeat the above steps.
