Quality Picture and Service

We purchased this TV for our new outdoor space near our pool. It’s been a wonderful addition for pool days and nights. The biggest surprise for us is the picture quality during sunny afternoons! I recommend adding either a Bluetooth or wired speaker as the TV sound didn’t quite get loud enough. We use a Bluetooth Bose speaker and it’s been great for movie nights! Even though it’s listed as an outdoor rated TV, I strongly recommend purchasing an outdoor cover or some way to protect it in bad weather. After six months we had an issue with our first TV. They responded to our email within twenty four hours helping us solve the problem. I highly recommend this TV not only for the quality picture but for this companies exceptional customer service!! Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt, es ist genauso gut wie beworben. Mein Fernseher steht tagsber in der Sonne, daher war es wichtig, einen Fernseher fr volle Sonneneinstrahlung zu kaufen, und er steht neben meinem Spa, sodass der wasserdichte Aspekt ebenfalls entscheidend war. Mit all dem Regen in diesem Jahr war dieser Fernseher ein Muss. Also habe ich meine Recherchen gemacht und mich fr die Sylvox Pool Deck Serie entschieden, da die anderen Fernseher in dieser Kategorie bis zu fnfmal so viel kosten k?nnen... gute Entscheidung, er integriert sich gut ins Internet, alle Apps sind einfach zu bedienen, und ich nutze sogar einen digitalen Receiver, um alle lokalen Sender kostenlos zu empfangen. Der Kundenservice ist auch gro?artig, ich hatte ein Problem mit der ersten Fernbedienung, habe Sylvox benachrichtigt, und innerhalb von 48 Stunden wurde eine brandneue geschickt. Danke, Sylvox!
