Quality Picture and Service

We purchased this TV for our new outdoor space near our pool. It’s been a wonderful addition for pool days and nights. The biggest surprise for us is the picture quality during sunny afternoons! I recommend adding either a Bluetooth or wired speaker as the TV sound didn’t quite get loud enough. We use a Bluetooth Bose speaker and it’s been great for movie nights! Even though it’s listed as an outdoor rated TV, I strongly recommend purchasing an outdoor cover or some way to protect it in bad weather. After six months we had an issue with our first TV. They responded to our email within twenty four hours helping us solve the problem. I highly recommend this TV not only for the quality picture but for this companies exceptional customer service!! We've had this 55" Sylvox for a week now and can't stop watching it. Picture is magnificent!!! I bought a separate cover for extra protection. You can't go wrong with this brand.

Great Outdoor Product.

Very happy with the product, just as good as advertised. My TV sits in the sun during the day time so it was important to purchase a full sun tv and it is next to my spa, so the waterproof aspect was key as well. Add in all the rain this year and this TV was a must. So, I did my research and decided to go with Sylvox Pool Deck Series as the other TV's in this category can be 5x's as much. . . good decision, integrates well with internet, all apps are easy to function, and I even run a digital receiver getting all the local channels for free. Great customer services as well, had a hiccup with the first remote, notified Sylvox, and a brand new one was sent within 48 hours. Thanks Sylvox!

Damaged cracked screen. TV is very heavy returning it will be a headache. Have to get my guy to take it back down and original
Box can not be used to return because it was cut up and trashed. Nightmare scenario
