I bought a TV for our Christmas vacation in our RV so our kids could watch TV while we were away. A great investment to keep the peace! We received a remote control that didn't work. I contacted them via email and they made sure we had a new remote before our trip. Great customer service and prompt responses.

We're very happy with our new Sylvox tv. We bought it for our RV and it’s the perfect size for a small RV bedroom. We had a little issue with the AC adapter but Sylvox’s customer service immediately shipped us a new one. It's ships with AC and DC adapters as well as an easy to use remote. If there’s something you can’t figure out on the remote, the tv manual is easy to understand. We highly recommend this TV👍👍

I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on a new RV television, There are not many options in this realm, I needed it to be a Smart TV, and most importantly to me I needed to be able to have it connect to the Onboard Stereo System in the Camper. This is how this TV sets itself apart from the competition. The Stereo Audio Out Function is capable of integrating with the onboard Kenwood Stereo, allowing me to use the balance function of the stereo to put more sound to the passenger on the second bed and not have the TV blaring from the back of the unit into it upper sleeping quarters on a 2021 Artic Fox Truck Camper. Now we can hear it all at the levels we want even when the AC unit is blasting. Picture is Great, Set-up is a cinch, Remote is your standard smart remote similar to a Samsung, Even has a Sleep Timer! Delivery came quickly, and after install I had questions about the unit and reached out to support and they were more than prompt and helpful to address any problems and quick to offer resolution. Very happy with customer support and my purchase and would recommend this unit to anyone in the RV world looking to upgrade their television.

Everything about this TV is much better than expected. The integrated tuners receive a surprising number of stations, but this could partly be due to the high-quality antenna on my motorhome. However, I am disappointed with the mounting bracket. It's adequate, but with all the ports and DVD player located behind the TV, there's just not enough room to access it with this mount. I got another mount elsewhere that solved this problem with a pivoting arm. In addition, the speakers are quite adequate, especially in a motorhome and considering their size.

It's pretty, slim, works well and is very fast. To put it less well, the Google ones are a little heavy during the installation process, but nothing bad, really.

I have tested it using my mobile internet connection and it works great. It also has a high resolution and allows me to connect the laptop. Very very happy.
