Yes, you can add a fire stick and Roku stick to this outdoor TV
Please select RCA or Polaroid to customize the remote control. If your remote is the Roku remote, you can pair it using RCA code 5.
Press ' Menu ' button → select ' Settings ' option → select ' Bluetooth ' option, press ' ENTER ' button → select ' Enable ', activate Bluetooth function → select ' Search devices ', press ' ENTER ' button → Find your Bluetooth device and connect it.
Bluetooth connection tips:
① When connecting for the first time, the TV's Bluetooth frequency works best with Bluetooth speakers under 3 feet (1 m).
② If you cannot scan: Reset the device and try scanning again.
③ Sound and picture are out of sync: There will be a normal delay of ten milliseconds in Bluetooth transmission of sound, and the compatibility problem between the TV and the speaker will increase this delay. Try switching to a wired connection (OPTICAL, ARC) for a better experience.
④ If Bluetooth cannot be connected, please contact us

For the Deck series and Pool series of outdoor TVs, only Android screen sharing is supported, but not iPhone screen sharing. Please keep your phone closer to the TV. First click on 'Screencast' and then enable 'Screencast' feature on Android mobile phone.
For the other series of outdoor TVs both Android and iPhone screen transfer are supported. However, you will need to download screencasting software, we recommend the AirPlay demo and the Google Home app.
We suggest you check the remote control first.
① Make sure the TV is turned on.
② Make sure the remote control has batteries installed.
③ Brightness of sunlight may affect the infrared function of the remote control. We recommend covering the sun with your hands when using the remote control in strong light.
④ If the remote control does not respond: a. To eliminate the distance aspect: Please place the remote control near the TV and aim at the TV, the remote sensor should switch from red to green. b. Check if your remote control is working normally: Turn on the camera on your mobile phone and point the end of the remote control with the IR transmitter at the mobile phone screen. Press and hold one of the buttons on the remote control. When the remote control sends a signal, you will see a red light flashing on the mobile phone screen, when you press buttons on your remote control, it means the remote control is normal.
If the remote control does not work, please contact us at service.eu@sylvoxtv.com and we will provide you with a new remote control.
If the remote control works normally, please check the following steps and contact us with the check result:
1. After plugging in, the indicator light turns red. Does the red indicator light turn green after pressing the power button on the remote control?
2.If the indicator light turns green, is the screen on? If not, you can lightly tap the screen with your knuckles to see if the brightness changes.
3. If the indicator light can turn green and the screen is not turned on, you can place your hands on the vents on both sides of the back panel to see if air leaks.
Yes, you can connect the local antenna to our outdoor TV.
The outdoor TV uses the standard VESA hole pattern, and you can use a wall mount/ceiling mount/stand mount that meets the load capacity specifications and standard VESA size.
There is a removable waterproof cover on the back of the TV. If you remove them, you can see all interfaces. The cover for the power and humidity cable connections is located at the bottom of the back of the TV.
Wi-Fi connection tips:
① WiFi signals work best in the 2.4 GHz frequency range.
② The distance of 16 feet (5 m) or shorter is recommended for the Internet router signal to the TV.
③ If the WiFi cannot be detected, turn on the mobile hotspot near the TV. If the TV can find the mobile hotspot, we recommend:
a. Install a WiFi signal booster.
b. Install the router outdoors. If connection cannot be established, please contact us at service.eu@sylvoxtv.com
① Please make sure the HDMI cable is normal and undamaged. If the cable is damaged, please replace the HDMI cable. ② If the device can be displayed normally on another screen via HDMI but does not work on this TV, check whether the device's output is 4K and set the 4K input mode on the TV. ③ If other functions display well, only HDMI has no picture, use your remote control to switch to another input on the TV and then switch back to HDMI to see if the signal is recognized correctly. If this doesn't work, plug your device into another HDMI port and repeat the steps above.
We're sorry, but the Sylvox RV TV only supports the Sylvox remote control. You can use the Firestick or Roku Stick with our RV TV, but the remote control on these devices can only control the stick's power on/off and volume.
If the RV TV is not unplugged after turning off, it will be in standby mode and will consume power.
If you are performing an automatic channel scan but cannot receive any channels:
1. Check whether the antenna cable is connected properly.
2. Check whether the wire antenna is receiving a signal.
If there are no issues with the antenna cable and the channel search operation has been carried out correctly according to the User's Manual or the channel cannot be found, please contact us at service.eu@sylvoxtv.com and explain the situation mentioned above.
Sorry, the Sylvox RV TV does not support Blu-ray DVD playback.
If you want to play a DVD, the source channel must be switched to the DVD channel before you can eject the DVD.

It can also be used in a motorhome/motorhome/car/boat. The power supply is 12V and can be used with a car charger. If the RV has an inverter, just plug in the adapter and use it.

1. Time setting: Press [SET ENTER] for 2 seconds, the hour display will flash. Press [TIME MINUS] to reduce and [TIME PLUS] to increase. 2. Alarm countdown setting: Press [TIME MINUS] to decrease the alarm countdown, press [TIME PLUS] to increase the alarm countdown, and press [SET ENTER] to confirm the alarm countdown.
3. After the alarm countdown expires, the buzzer will sound for 1 minute. At this time, press any key to stop the sound.
4. Turn off the TV and the display will automatically turn off, but the clock will continue to run normally.
I'm sorry, it can't be switched to 12 hour format or military time format, it can only be displayed in 24 hour format.
You need to download the screen sharing software to use it. We recommend AirPlay Demo/EAirPlay for iOS system and Google Home/EShare/Miracast app for Android system.
Tips:
1. The HDMI cable at the soundbar end is difficult to insert. Please confirm whether it is plugged in the correct place and the TV end should be connected to the correct ARC port. Also check if there is a red light on the OPTICAL port of the TV. When ARC is connected, Optical is not optional. Check if the volume can be increased.
2. You need to select PCM or Passthrough in audio output type, and the optical cable outputs sound.
3. Connect the HDMI to the ARC port, the Sylvox soundbar indicator light will be white, and the video will be playing at this moment. The Sylvox soundbar outputs sound, but the TV has no sound. After successful connection, the TV will automatically switch to HDMI ARC mode.
4. If HDMI option cannot be selected, it means HDMI is not plugged in. You can also connect a third-party device such as an Android box to the TV to see if there is a signal to confirm if there is a problem with the HDMI port. Use the same method to test whether the soundbar can produce sound in other situations.
You can set the "Digital Audio Delay" in the "Sound Settings" under "Advanced Settings".
